Honesty,timing, badtreatment and hard time

Dear Mr. Phil
I had got very hard time from your contact people (sales rep.) to ship my car (Chevy-Tracker 2002) from CA. To TN. First DAMIAN quoted for $850.00 and he needs to find a carrier ( he got my information and my credit card #), then no respond for three days and when I called the company another guy named AARON said that I have to pay $ 900 for shiping. Then after few days I called again asking for Aaron, they put me in hold for almost half hour to find him. Then he answered that the driver will contact me. After another two days I got call from driver named CAHIRLOS, and he said that he will pick up my car but he will charge me exetra $ 75.00 for himself, which the total will be $975.00
but I refused And I called the customer service to cancell the order because I felt that this Company ( United Auto Carrier,Inc) is playing games with me and they will never ship my car. At the same day another driver called me, his name BOB TODD and he said he is comming to pick my car in the evening, and he did. He was 9 Bob Todd) nice man and he delivered my car to my daughter on time.
Now your sales and customer sevice people hurt my feeling with the ignorance and unresponsibaliter people. I was thinking to contact my lawetr, my credit card company and the Business Beroa to tell them about the hard time I got and to complain about the ancident. But I got a call from Mr. Phil asking about my second shippment for my van ( Honda Odyssey) to myself in Mobil, Alabama. So I had business with your company twice within the month of August, 2009.
Please do your investigation about the first shipment (Shevy -Tracker) . and try to do something to compensate me about what I had suffered from your company. I'm waiting for your response.
