Horrible Customer Service

I reached out to united auto service after a horrible experience with another auto transport company after they could not find a driver for 5 days and never mentioned it to me. So I was hoping with better luck with the second choice unfortunately I cannot even tell you if they can transport cars because it never got that far.

Started with an internet order, myself accepting. At which point it took close to 48hrs to ever get a phone call back and the email address given to contact someone never actually reaches the person your write the email too. At that point I call back and was told it would take 1-5 days to set up a delievery date.Where it wasn't until I called back to find out that is to mean 1-5 business days, as this is not mentioned on their website and was only told to me by customer service representative once I said it had been four days. Then he informed me that was 1-5 business days, I proceed to say can you please update your website to reflect this as it is very misleading. I asked can you guarantee you will have a truck, as I point out my concern from the last shipping company. Where he proceeds to tell me that he is not this other company, he is canceling my order and hangs up the phone before I can say anything. With in this exchange I never yelled, used faul langauge or insulted Damion. Instead of insuring me they were different he just got angry and defensive, where as I was looking for was some assurity it was going to happen. So I call back to file a customer service complaint, where I find out Damion is the manger and there is no one else above him and I am never to call back again. At which point I was hung up on again.

For a family owned business there sure seems to be no family around to help customers or here their concerns. The sad part is I work for a company that would use this service 10-20 times a year.
