this seems to be the standard response from anyone you call from this broker. wouldnt it be nice if we could all just roll with it? but in the REAL world, thats not how it goes.
I asked for a supervisor and after a 15 minute hold, the "customer service" person got back on the phone and in that time, he had been promoted to acting manager! The acting manager's response was much more in depth as he explained that the answer didnt lie with him, but if i just waited someone would call me and everything would be fine.
i understand the "broker" approach to this busines and how a lot does rest with the carrier, but after these guys secured the agreement i was transferred to the "disinterested teenager" branch of customer service.

My choice became a 30 hour drive, or continue to try to do business with these guys... the drive proved to be easier.

Never again.
