United American went above and beyond in accommodating our car delivery. The car was in the Pensacola airport parking garage and we were not able to drive it ourselves back to southeast Florida. I spoke with several transport companies and they declined to go into the airport to pick up the car. Mike at United American made many calls and found a driver who was willing to find transportation to the airport and drive it out to his truck. Mike arranged for a location to FedEx overnight our keys (from New Hampshire) where the driver could pick them up. The amount of time that he put into this order was totally unexpected and describes what customer service is all about. I would trust their company, Mike in particular, with any auto transport needs. Terrific company.
