A good choice

With so many choices, who do you choose. I did some calling and eliminations. Read the reviews and complaints. When I called Michael at United American Auto Transport, he took the time to explain the process completely. He was very informative and gave me insight to a business that I have never used before. I was happy with his explanation and on the funny side I felt he was Leonardo talking on the phone sucking in a client, making obscene sexual gestures in the movie Wolf of Wall Street. But I was sold, decided to book on 7/6/17 for a 8/1/17 pick up and gave the required $100 to hold the spot. As Michael stated, the $100 will not be charged until the tow. A day before, Michael called to inform me that the driver wants an additional $100 for the trip. It was to late to search for another tow. I was going to give the driver a nice tip, but advised not to due to the increase.the day before pick up, I was advised of the tow company, and phone number. I was called later on to confirm all information. On the pick up day, the driver arrived on time, checked the vehicle for damage and placed the vehicle onto his trailer.
Two later, my vehicle arrived at its destination without damage. The vehicle was improperly placed in a reserved parking spot that was near the hotel, not belonging to the hotel. No tickets were issued. Overall it was a good first time experience, and if the need for a car transport is required in the future, I will call Michael again. I did refer a friend to Michael, explaining my experience. Michael explained the process, and my friend booked.
