My vehicle broke down in Texas, and it was beyond simple repair. UAAT contacted me, and Larry said they could have a transport there within a few hours. Trusting them, I left the vehicle at a mechanic and returned home to Arizona. Upon my return, there had been no update. I called UAAT and was handed off to Alex, saying there was nothing that day, but maybe an enclosed carrier tomorrow. That fell through too. It's been 5 days, and when I finally called to cancel, they said the deposit I made was non-refundable, as they needed to pay the driver (For what? They didn't do anything. They're just trying to keep the brokerage fees.) Alex was extremely rude when I was cancelling the call. Luckily I have it recorded, and forwarded it to my bank to dispute the deposit transaction.

Overall, they were blatantly dishonest, making promises they had no intention of keeping. They took advantage of my desperate situation and strung me along. They low-ball the drivers on the dispatch board, which is why no one was interested in picking up my vehicle.

Avoid this company.
