First company to call me...Jimmy Cayne was an excellent communicator and didn't promise anything he couldn't deliver (no pun intended). He stayed in contant communication with me via email/phone to make sure that the process went smoothly. His dispatch had a driver ready within one day of my quote.
The driver was one day late for pick-up but I don't fault UAAT with that since the driver is independent.
The car arrived safely and early to its destination.
I am very pleased with the entire process.
