This review of my experience with United American Auto Transport is a true and honest review that I want to share with the public so they will not waste their time using this company. I contacted United American Auto Transports on June 12, 2014. I spoke with Erick Watson regarding an enclosed transport that I needed for my vehicle from Georgia to Arizona and that the arrival date be no later than June 23, 2014. I expressed to him my need to guarantee that my vehicle arrive no later than June 23, 2014. My family and I are relocating to Arizona on June 20, 2014 and I will need my vehicle their before I arrive. He assured me that my vehicle would be there that weekend (June 21-22) and they would take care of everything. I proceeded to ask him multiple questions regarding how the transport works. He said I would receive a call 2-3 days prior confirming the estimated pickup date and time. He said to ensure that my vehicle arrives on my requested date that it be picked up on June 17, 2014 and I would receive a phone call confirming a pickup time window...wrong! I called the company a day prior to my scheduled pickup day on June 16, 2014 to speak with Erick Watson regarding why I have not received a phone call regarding a pickup time for my transport the following day. Erick Watson was not available at the time. I spoke with a gentleman and he told me I should receive a call around 4pm that evening from the dispatcher to confirm a time window...wrong! 5pm rolls around I call again. I was told the dispatchers are working until 8pm so I should receive a call by then...wrong! So my pickup date rolls around. I am waiting on my pickup day that United American Auto Transport has guaranteed me and at that point I realize I have been scammed. Still no courtesy call or any call regarding my transport. This has really put a strain on my situation. I am currently starting a new job here Monday June 23, 2014 and I needed my vehicle here this weekend and Erick Watson from United American Auto Transport guaranteed my car would be here. DO NOT GUARANTEE SOMETHING WHEN IT IS NOT TRUE. THERE ARE HARD WORKING AMERICANS THAT HAVE FAMILIES AND DO NOT NEED TO BE SCAMMED INTO SOMETHING THAT IS NOT TRUE. Please do not waste your time or TRUST United American Auto Transport. They are very unreliable and will sell you a pitch that sounds to good to be true and will leave you high and dry. This has really put a bind on me and my new job since I have had to hire another transport company for my vehicle that has put me behind at least a week. This could have been very detrimental to my new job, could have cost me the position and would have put a major strain on providing income for my family. This is an honest and true review so public PLEASE AVOID United American Auto Transport when looking for a vehicle transport. They will guarantee you a service instead of providing you the truth.
