Kurt was thoughtful, honest, and no bull. He explained the process, his commission, and provided the information needed to get my cars scheduled.
Alpine Transport from IA was the hauler, they were on time, careful with my cars and did a great job. Jerry was the driver and was very careful with all of the cars. My only complaint was that I was not informed that I could cover my cars. I left the car covers in the trunk of both vehicles. My one vehicle received a couple of spots of oil on the hood from the new Lexus parked above mine. I was shocked that the lower level cars were not covered with something. Had the oil been brake fluid, my paint job would have been ruined. So, please request some sort of cover on your vehicles if possible or always insist on the top level. I would hire this group again as I appreciated there promptness and care of my vehicles as far as the loading and unloading. Good experience this time.
