Never ever deal with these guys.
The agreed pickup date was January 25th.
Ultra Power Trans Inc (prev K-1 Auto Carrier Inc.) started to call us a month eralier whether they could have the car earlier - almost dayly calls.
they picked up the car on the 26th of January.
Delivery was supposed to be February 5th - they missed the date.
Given the routing of the truck they NEVER even intended the delivery date.
They did not call that they would miss the date. I had to call.
As an explanation they gave "bad weather in Texas". BUT: the delivery should already have been way past Texas.
No communication - no friendliness, no competence - just pain for the customer
