There is no forward-thinking communication from this company. You want to know when they are picking up your vehicle? You need to call them repeatedly and HOPE they can get in touch with their driver (they couldn't when I called). When your car is supposed to be delivered but is running late, they will not notify you. You will need to call and HOPE they are in the office during business hours (they weren't until the third time I tried, and I received no response of their own accord). Then, when the driver finally does contact you to give you a window, don't believe what he says. Not only was my vehicle 2 days late, I was kept waiting on standby for 4 hours (on a Friday night, no less). This upset me on the level of extreme lack of respect for customers, but it also makes me feel unsafe- a young woman, alone, exchanging large amounts of cash, in a new city, long after sunset. Unacceptable. Please do not use UPT. I have recommended to my broker that they no longer use them either.
