Awful - gave me a guaranteed pick up date via UShip (which means pre payment) spoke to them - they told me Tuesday eve or wed am pick up. A week and a bit later I called to check when car was arriving they said they hadn't picked it up and weren't able to. Car is costing me daily to store without me even knowing it. Told me they'd call me back yesterday - didn't and aren't replying to emails now.
