I recently tried to book a Mitsubishi Eclipse from San Diego to Austin. The Ultra representative said they would need to review my company before they could use me. Which was fine with me. After asking when I could expect a call back, she said 30 to 45 minutes, but if I didn't hear anything then you were not approved. After questioning their proceedure, she hung up on me.

I have a business to run. The least they could do is call and say they can't do business with me at this time. I spoke with a supervisor and he didn't see anything wrong with their conduct. He couldn't even look at it as a misunderstanding. The supervisor simply got frustrated and ended the call.

If this is their level of professionalism, I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them, Customer or Carrier.
