recently shipped my son's car from PA to CA through Ultimate Logistics Systems. Ulitmate Logistics was our third attempt at finding a reputable and dependable auto transport company. After my son's initial call to the first company and their preliminary acceptance of our shipping order, we never heard from them again despite repeated attempts on my son's part to contact a live representative. The second company (see my soon-to-be-written negative review) took a deposit and then spent the better part of a month giving us the runaround. Finally I found Ultimate Logistics through this website and chose them because of the excellent reviews. Even so, after the unprofessional and very undependable example of the two previous companies, I was very leery of contracting with a third. But Ulimate Logistics went out of their way to allay my fears. They addressed the specific issues that concerned me, promptly returned my phone calls, and took the intiative to keep me posted. Dee called regularly to update me on the progress of the shipment. . I would highly recommend Ultimate Logstics. They were prompt, efficient and courteous. Within 2 days of my order, they had assigned a carrier. Just a week later the car was picked up and only 5 days after that was delivered safe and sound to my son in California. I think they provided 5-star service. Thanks Ultimate Logistics.
