I was referred to UZ auto trans inc through my insurance road side assistance after my car broke down on my way to work. Naturally I had a bad morning and stressful day. Thanks to J.C. at UZ my day ended with a smile. He was so polite, safe with my car and quick to get it in an awkward spot. He made my day really and being that I didn't have to pay for the delivery as it was covered by my insurance I felt terrible I didn't have a dime to give him for a tip. When I told him I wish I had something to say thank you he simply replied with: "words of wisdom by others is the best tip you can give someone".... i just thought that was so refreshing. I hope my words may help him someday. I really appreciate them taking care of me.
