Got quoted $925 to ship my car from west coast to east coast, well I ended up paying $1,850. I paid a $150 reservation fee about 2 months out to ensure there was an enough time for planning. Well when it came time to ship my car, they were unable to pick it up. They tried calling me to tell me that they will try to find another available driver. Essentially, they pretended as they were going back and forth with carrier. They ended up telling me that the driver can't do it any lower than $1,850 and that I have to send an additional $450 to secure spot. I needed my car so I had no choice. Once my car got delivered, I had to pay the carrier $1,250. After talking to the carrier and he informed that there was no back and forth and that he has to pay USA Car Ship $150 for the job. Word of advice, do your research and play hardball. USA Car Ship is a shady company!
