We contacted this company to transport our totaled car purchased from IAAI. Susan said, "No problem we can get it on the way by Friday." Since I called them on a Monday I was pleased with this answer. I called continuously that week to get confirmation and on Friday she eventually said he is there to get it right now. Then emails me to say they closed the gate on him. So it would be Monday. Called her numerous times on Monday and she told me he will pick it up today, but at 4:30 when the storage lot closed I was told the car was still there. I called her back AGAIN and she said it's on the truck. Flat out lie. Called her the next day and asked since my car received a storage charge I seriously doubted it was on truck. Here comes the next big lie, oh no we picked up the wrong car! She said he is taking it back now to get your car. Then she called me and said, believe it or not, our driver was loading up and was side swiped and got 2 broken legs. This company is full of lies and fraud. Don't trust their website like we did. Rent a uhaul and pull it yourself!
