We are an Architectural firm located in Georgia with on-going projects located in several states and with several company cars - one of which we were in need of transporting from Charlottesville, VA to Atlanta, GA. Upon the recommendation of another very satisfied customer in Arizona, I called Road Runner Towing (USA Auto Transport) and spoke with Jason who assured me that the unusual circumstances of our pick-up was not at all unusual to them - we had no representative of the firm on the Charlottesville end!
As promised, the car was picked up without a glitch, delivered safely and within the time frame by a very courteous and professional driver. I was contacted by Jason several times during the transport, keeping me abreast of the time line as well as upon delivery to make sure the vehicle arrived and that we were pleased with their service.
