Damaged car and horrible after sales service

I've used USA1 a number of times. Pre-sale this company sounds good and will provide a competitive quote and decent service if you speak with the owner. Once they lock you in, good luck. The office staff are pretty bad, they don't follow up, and if you don't chase them constantly your car will probably not get shipped, (certainly not in the agreed upon dates). I provided nearly 2 months warning, with a great deal of timing flexibility, to ship my vehicle. If I wasn't calling them 3x/day, daily, for 2 weeks, there is no chance they would have got my car shipped. When it was shipped the company they contracted it to badly damaged (destroyed) the front bumper loading/unloading. The car was put in the worst position of the truck so the front end is completely destroyed with rock chips. Truly destroyed. This is 100% a result of them making a last minute low deal to the actual transporter and certainly agreeing for the worst place on the vehicle to make extra commission. Many providers in the market, don't waste your time with this company. My car is wrecked and the amount of effort needed to chase this outfit was shocking.
