I used this company to ship my car in April 2022. The process went smoothly and I was pleased with the services. Since I had good service previously, I decided to use the company again to ship my car. My recent experience is terrible. My car was suppose to ship on December 12th. I called and emailed the company many times and never received a confirmation for car pickup. My car was not picked up on December 12th. To date I have not received any response from the company. I also paid a security deposit through Zelle, which I found out is a 3rd party receiver of funds for the company. To date, no one has called me back to refund my deposit. I believe I have been scammed and consider this a a fraudulent company. I would highly recommend anyone who uses this company to be very cautious or not use their services at all. I have emailed your claims@usstrucking.org and the email was returned as invalid. Please provide a new email address.
