This was a terrible experience. Their business model is a bait-and-switch nightmare! If I could leave negative stars I would. They gave me an invoice for a low price ($900), then texted the next day to say they couldn't get a trucker to accept the transport for that price and would need to increase the price to $1400. A reputable company would honor the invoiced price rather than text multiple times daily with price increases (or quote a legitimate price initially). Ultimately, they couldn't get a trucker for the invoiced price and after a week of non-shipment, I switched companies and had a shipment date confirmed within an hour. I emailed the company executives to describe my experience but they didn't reply to my email. I believe this is an unethical company with a broken business model. Buyer beware!
