First impression was the price, clear simple communication, and much less “noise” than all the other quotes. When I followed up, Marvin was very easy to work with, he committed to the price and followed through negotiating with the trucking company. I changed my mind twice about the timing and that was no challenge for Marvin. The car transport is an interesting business, I learned, it was reassuring to have someone always responsive, remember who you are and represent you well throughout the entire ordeal. At least twice, Marvin had to jump in and clarify the correct price the trucking company should charge me. Once even as I was trying to get the car off the truck. Thank you Marvin!
