Today we had a nice fellow named Leo pick up my new daughter's 2023 VW Taos with @ 500 miles on the odometer. He called me 3 times prior to his arriving. He was kind enough to stay in touch as he left NJ and then Philly as he got closer to Media, PA. (The car is going to Burbank, Calif.) He very concerned about our time and could not be any nicer on the phone. When my daughter and I met him, he was even nicer and did a thorough inspection to ensure that there were no scratches or damages - no matter how slight (just what you would hope that a company would do). He assured us that there would " not be a scratch between PA and Calif." Leo said that his company's reputation is most important and I trust that I am in good hands with Leo and US Road. Upon arrival of the car in Calif., I will update this review, however I expect no issues nor problems with Leo and USA Road. Stay tuned!
