I hired US Road Inc to ship a BMW i8 from Lemoore, CA to Arlington, VA in June of 2021. The drivers were completely careless of how expensive the vehicle was, they treated it like complete garbage. They were unprofessional and inexperienced. During the process, they damaged my front bumper and had video surveillance of them conducting the damage, but still neglected the damage.
ON TOP OF THAT, their insurance company, Prime Is, also neglected the damage regardless of solid proof!!! It was ridiculous! Book somewhere else unless you don't care of what happens to your vehicle and pay out of pocket expenses due to damages. I requested a refund due to the issues instead of them paying for the repairs and still rejected the request. They don't care so, why should you to book them.
