It has been 6 weeks and counting since this company promised to deliver my car. This company will take your money and your car will never be delivered. It doesn't matter what type of service you select because the shipping companies will not accept. I did not select the economy or standby service yet he has failed to delivered our car for almost 2 months.

there were many more negative reviews on this review site that have been taken down because this company send false information and lies to this review company to have them taken down. I caught Adam in a lie which he told this company that I was never a customer. US Direct Auto currently has an injunction and complaint filed against it in the Indiana Superior Court for the Judicial District of Allen County. This company has changed its name a half dozen times, each time it gets caught scamming customers. You can go on the Indiana Attorney General website and look up current pending cases and find this company. The "Adam" or sometimes "Tim" name provided is the same person. His name is "Adam Stiebeling" and he has called his company. "US Direct Auto," "A1 Auto Transport," "A1 Auto Logistics, "American Transport Depot" and several others. if he has scammed you to contact the Indiana Attorney General and fill out another complaint.

there is no point in waiting, because you are not going to get your car transported. lastly, if you look at any of the positive reviews you can see that almost all of them are paid. the ones that are paid are indicated by the green circle next to the 5 star reviews...this is dishonest.
