The economy service is clearly described in our solicitation and beyond as very unpredictable and a standby service. In rare cases things do take much longer due to many factors beyond our control. We explain this up front.The choice is then up to the customer. In this case the customer chose the economy service in June and cancelled the order in August. we offered them many choices in between but they would not work with us. Please exercise due diligence and read all terms prior to placing an order with any company.The responsibility for failure to do so does not rest on our shoulders.
