Buyer Beware!!! Complete SCAM!!!

A complete SCAM!!! Do not trust this company, buyer beware!!! I contact the company and was provided several options for pricing based on the vehicle being non-operational. As Follows:
Economy Shipping $850.00
Standard Shipping $965.00
Priority Shipping $1,065.00
Enclosed Shipping $1,265.00
24 Hour Express Shipping $1,270.00
Priority Enclosed Shipping $1,465.00

When I found out the car was operational I was told to subtract $150 per qoute. I chose to go with Priority because it had a 1 to 5 day pick up. After 2 weeks of waiting I was told "That was an estimate" and asked to increase it by $140. I checked with several other companies who said this company lowballed the prices. So I had them bump it to $1,000 + there $150 fee = total $1,150. That should have gotten me into their 24 to 48 hour "express shipping".... It's been 4 days and still nothing!!!

I was told they have a horrible rating in the 80 percent range with MANY negatives comments. That Truck Drivers would never trust them and will never pick up my car.

Go ahead try to contact a person! I've left 5 messages and sent 4 emails (SO FAR) asking to speak to a supervisor and again NOTHING.

I'm a 23 year AF Service member and I'm appalled at this SCAM. Makes me sick to think my duty protects people like this!!! Per other reviews it appears they prey on Service Members!

I was contacted by Transportation Review and advised that these criminals had denied me being a customer and by review had been removed.

Nice try Tim Johnston (Adam). You have again proven yourself to be a liar!

I contacted Red Carpet and my car was loaded and on the way within 4 days of contacting them.

Again Buyer Beware! This “garage” desktop Broker is a criminal! I urge you all to do the same.

I suggest contacting the Broker; Pacific Financial Association at 800-595-2615. They are VERY interested in this company!

This customer placed the order online via a link.The quote was 4 months old at the time and the prices were no longer aligned with the market values.Once we realized what had happened we tried explaining this to the customer. He was not happy but agreed to priority service which is estimated at 1-5 business days. On the 7th business day he was lied to by another company and decided to cancel his order. This is why it is important to note that all time frames given by all companies are estimates only as we state clearly. If a company guarantees a timeframe they are simply misleading you.There are far too many factors beyond our control to be able to ethically make guarantees.
