First of all I have given these cowboys ample time (3 months) to respond to my many e-mails. Of course to no avail. This is the only recourse.
The story goes- After the total cost was negotiated, of course we couldn't find a carrier for said price. Being near the holiday's I decided to go ahead and increase my offer. We finally got one and It was on it's way. So bottom line.... I went from $700 to $900 and the $200 was removed with $700 due on delivery. During all of this "Mike" offered me a $100 credit. He stated that in good faith it was the least they could do, since they where not able to secure a carrier at $700. Sounds shady now that I write this. So bottom line don't trust them and keep your money in your pocket. These cowboys aren't giving anything back. Beware!
