On 06/14/2014, I signed a contract with US Car Transporters company to have
my car shipped from Georgia to California. Xavier was the associate
handling my job # which was M8467578. The initial pick-up date for my vehicle
was supposed to be 07/07/2014. The driver that Xavier found never showed- in
fact, he never showed that whole week. When the driver didn't call or show up
on July 8, we called to find out what was going on. On July 9, 2014 at 15:24, my sister
called Xavier and asked him what was going on. He told her that they had a
carrier for my vehicle, but if the carrier didn't have enough vehicles to cover
his expenses, it wouldn't be conducive for him to transport my sister's vehicle
at that time. My vehicle could have been sitting there for another week if we
had not asked him this. He gave us 2 options at that time- he would process a refund
or try to locate another carrier. It's been months since that conversation and after numerous emails and phone calls to Xavier, Shane, and Jackie Perez, I still haven't received a refund or any means of communication from them.
