I just had an incredible experience with US Car Transporters. There was a bit of confusion on the front end because the original pick up did not happen because there was an error made with the carrier. I contacted them about re-scheduling and received excellent customer service from Shane who was super communicative and patiently explained how things worked and stayed with the job and found another carrier with a couple of hours. Within 6 hours the carrier had arrived and loaded the car on the truck. I wish there were more people like Shane in the world - life would be a lot easier. Big ups to Shane and US Car Transporters! I'd recommend them and use them again in a second!
