Xavier was very helpful with providing information about how the broker service worked with the transport people. He was honest and transparent with his information.
I had another broker claim to be a transporter and then brokered my haul on the National Load Board for $450 BUT told me the driver wanted $600....thus hidding a fat $150 broker fee from me...when he had sent me a quote for the job for $500. Very dishonest. Tried to make an extra $100 above his quote.
Xavier was very understanding and assured me that was NOT the way he did business. He promptly got on the Load Board, found a transporter.....got my load picked up the same day....for a total cost to me of $550 with full disclouser of the fee breakdown.

Thanks Stan... Some brokers tarnish the industry by misrepresenting themselves. It makes the industry look bad......As brokers we work for you. Our job is to get you the best price possible to transport your vehicle....BROKERS ARE NOT OWNER OPERATED. THE PRICE HAS TO BE CONDUCIVE TO WHAT THE CARRIER NEEDS TO PICK UP AND DROP OF YOUR VEHICLE. SOMETIMES YOUR BROKER CAN NEGOTIATE THE C.O. D AMOUNT..... The brokerage firm may also charges you a fee anywhere between 150 to 200 on top of the c.o.d amount.... Thanks my friend .
