1st we had a contract that they later tried to raise the price on..Also I had to reschedule twice and they still couldn't come through Its been almost a month and I havent received my refund..I already gave them a few bad reviews on the BBB site ...Yesterday I got in contact with them a d was routed to their finance department...The guy was rude saying g they don't need my money..Them he says if I take down my review 1st they would refund my money ...So that's why I'm writing another review...Stay clear of this company because for every 1 success they may have in shipping,I'm sure there are 20 people with horror stories about them...They shouldn't be in business at all...I will continue to bash them until I get my money back...THEY ARE TRASH
