Cathy Winters should be fired; she has no customer service skills and clearly works off of commission. First, she gave me a price of $500 then she tells me that the car is on the load board, and this is driving up the price. She proceeds to tell me to call other companies and demand they take me off the load board. Did this and she finally found a driver for $300 more than originally quoted. The day of the pick-up she calls early that morning to advise that the initial driver whose information she provided trailer broke down and they were not able to pick up the car. Now I am waiting on her to call me back with the new driver's information and hopefully the price does not change again. If this car does not get picked up today, I will begin to accrue storage charges. Completely unacceptable. Mind you she already charged my card for $200!!!
