I was recommended to US Cargo by a work colleague who had used them prior. I just took it face value from that colleague. I wish I had done my own research. Initially everything appeared fine. Was quoted 900 bucks for shipment from California to Ohio. I put down a deposit of 200 as requested and then waited for confirmation. I had to call back multiple times about confirmation and the exact date and time which “I thought” was already set. Then this is where things ‘began’ to go off. A lady calls me back last minute and says ‘the driver is asking for more money due to gas prices etc..’ I was in California and even with the Israel- Hamas war prices had actually gone down. So this statement was an excuse and suspect to me. Yet I continued on but told them I didn’t appreciate the lack of integrity in their word and them honoring the given quote. I said you need to at least pay for half of the increase of $150 dollars. They offered to cover $50. I went with it. Waited to here exact day and time of pickup. They said Thursday. End of day Thursday get a text not a call that its going to be Friday due to a delay. Flags were flying but I still went with it and understood stuff could arise. Something told me to verify the address. They driver read the address to me it was some address I had not given and was in a whole other city. I was concerned. I said since you have the wrong address lets just change it to my work address and that way I won’t have to leave work and you can pick up from there. I knew it was a wide two lane street so no issues. Friday comes. I get a text “I’m here’ at this address. The address again was not the address I had given. I said I gave you such and such address. The driver says can you come meet me here at the wrong address. I say NO! I am paying you to pick up at this address. They finally come. I watch them the whole time kinda concerned. I video them and my truck being loaded. They take off. Now mind you I was in California and truck was then going to Michigan. I had given them my sisters address which is a residence all this was made clear and they stated no problem. Website say we pick up and drop off at location you designate. Truck was picked up on Friday. On Monday I get a call saying initial delivery time not possible due to delays with previous customer. Okay no problem. Hours later I get a text that the drivers are at a location NOT my sisters address and I need to come pickup my truck from there. I call the office and say what’s going on. The office of MDK transport tells me I need to come pickup my truck and if I don’t they will leave it at a tow yard. Very rude and crazy. I said what kind of Mickey Mouse outfit are ya’ll running there. Guy gets smart says he has on his mouse ears and I ask where he is and he says Disneyland. Complete B.S. My sister has to drive to another location and in addition the driver tells me I have to pay him the 50 dollar US Cargo said they would cover. I told driver that US Cargo is covering that. He said,”You take that up with them!” HORRIBLE SERVICE if you ever here of MDK DO NOT USE THEM. Make sure the contractor US Cargo uses is not them. Completely horrible service. So eventually the driver takes my truck off the transport and drives it right around the corner to my sisters house after taking me thru drama. BUT only after I sent him money first. I have never had a business transaction like this in my life. I was in complete shock of the unapologetic attitude of this MDK company and lack of customer service. Only bright spot was STEVE. He called the next day wanted to know what happened exactly. Listened and heard my entire story, sincerely apologized and quickly Cash Apped me my 50 bucks. Steve thank you! Steve has promised to be a agent of change and I believe him. If you deal with anyone deal with Steve.

It is important to emphasize that we never dispatch a driver without explicit confirmation from the customer regarding their willingness to accept the proposed fare. We do not alter prices- rather, we communicate the driver's stipulated fare to our customers. Negotiating with drivers to secure the most competitive rates remains our responsibility.
