**MAJOR WARNING WITH USING THIS COMPANY

This has been hands down one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever dealt with in business. I was told the car would be picked up last Friday, the day which the initial agreement was made and it is now Monday at 8:30 PM and the car has still not been picked up. I was told the car would be picked up at 12:00 o'clock today and have been called by various brokers that the transmission was out in the truck for pickup now I'm told that the driver has been stuck in traffic it will not be here until at least 10:30 PM which is completely unacceptable as I have a family and should not be expected to meet at such hour. I have been hung up on numerous times and this business has had very poor communication. I have in writing that the amount would be $750 which has now increased to well over $1500. I'm incredibly disappointed at the lack of professionalism and the bait and switch mentality of this business. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and reaching out for further closure on this matter. It is completely unacceptable to treat people this way especially when they are moving and on a very tight timeline. Lastly the vehicle showed up with a large dent in the rear and they refused to take responsibility. Please stay away and look elsewhere - if quotes are higher with other companies that are more reputable choose them. They pull a bait and switch and whatever they quote will be at least double in the end.
