I contacted us transporters to transport my van from California to New York. I spoke to Xavier when asked if there would be a problem finding a driver for this route, he said no problem. He sent me a contract shortly after our discussion and stated he needed a $150.00 deposit to secure a driver. I had to call him back several times to find the status of my transport. He said he was working on it. I called several times over the next 14 days. Xavier have me his cell phone number, I called him and never received a call back . On one occasion, he asked me if I would drive the vehicle 35 miles from my original pick up location.then asking me if I could also pick it up 3 hours from the original drop off point. I agreed. I never heard back, when I did talk to one of there reps, they said they could not find a driver at all. This all transpired over three weeks,the vehicle was never delivered. The kept my deposit of $150.00.
I spent two more weeks trying to extract back my deposit. They finally returned the deposit to my checking account, stealing $30.00 of the $150.00. This company is a fraudulent business. Further do diligence on my part has revealed there primary operations are in Argentina. Do not deal with these individuals, if you do you will regret it.
