Poor Customer service

I used USA Autotransporters (who are brokers and not a carrier) to transport my car from Colorado to upstate NY. The company told me that I will be able to put 100 pounds of personal stuff in the trunk. The driver told me that he will charge extra for that. There was a communication gap in conveying the end destination zip code. When I tried changing the zip code, the customer service would not pick up the phone and not answer to my voice mails or emails. When the driver came to pick my car, he said that he will deliver the car to NYC and not upstate NY. So I had to take the Amtrak from Albany to NYC to pick up the car. Over all the customer service was non-existence. I am happy there was no damage to the car or I would have had a tough time dealing with them for that.
