Vera negotiated price and dictated the "window" of time for pickup/delivery. Called within hours of the pickup dead line requesting an increase in price. I offered her additional 24 hrs to get a driver for original price, she refused. When I asked her to send me an email informig me she could not provide the transport services as quoted, she hung up on me. Vera does not care about your transport needs, nor will she care about your vehicle. She only cares about the $100 deposit she collects which is her fee. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER!
