the minute i made the first inquiry phone call i was given the information i was looking for. there was no hiding or pretending that they could do something they could not. i was given straight answers to my questions and concerns. i had called others, but didn't feel as comfortable with them due to the way the answers were given. a few actually talked bad about their competition and that's a sign for me to stay away. i was told that it could take up to 72 hrs to get a truck and it only too a day. then the transport took another day and that's only because i wasn't available to receive my car until late the next day. otherwise it would have taken may be 12 hours. i am totally happy with having used 'U.S auto Transpot". Would recommend them in a heart-beat. Thanks.
