I hired US Auto Transport & Logistics to take my vehicle from Texas to Monterrey in Mexico. They picked it up one day after and then they abandoned the car in Laredo outside of an autopart store who kindly called me saying that my car was there and before calling the police they wanted to find out who was the owner of the car, I explained that I hired this company and asked for some time to contact them. I called US Auto Transport & Logistics and they told me that it was a misunderstanding because the manager of that autopart company would take care of my car but nobody knew that. In the midnight I received a call from the tow company saying that they had a report on my car and they had to remove it to the impound lot so I authorized to move it and keep it safe. I tried to contact US Auto Transport & Logistics at that time to understand whats going on and nobody answered my phone calls. The following morning they sent me an email saying that they were not going to honor the contract because the car was not there, they didn't want to pick up the car at that moment and finish the service so I asked for my money back, $789 USD plus $95 USD I paid to the tow company due to they left my car in the street. I'm writing this review to aware everyone that this is not a serious company. They were very efficient to collect my money and then they lie and lie and they gave me excuse and excuse, finally they didn't recognize they are doing wrong business. The driver they subcontracted, people from the autopart company and the tow operator recommended me to place a claim so due to they refused to give me my money back I had to contact the Better Business Bureau and I expect to get my money back. I lost time and I was very concerned because my car was at risk ($80K USD), then I hired a serious company and my car is safe.

This vehicle was apparently scheduled to be moved by prior employees and management. We have a undergone a complete restructuring since this posting and have removed all previous employees and management personnel. We have received nothing but positive reviews since that time, and we operate under the strictest dedication to service excellence with honesty and integrity in every vehicle transport. I have no knowledge of the circumstances in this complaint whatsoever, and, unfortunately, have no way to dispute nor verify its accuracy.
