Don't ever use these guys

My experience was so bad that not only would I never use these guys again, I don't want to ship a car again

The dispatcher said the driver would come and pick up the vehicle on Saturday. The phone numbers given of the driver were wrong. After several tries I finally got the number of the driver to coordinate the pickup. I waited around and late in the afternoon got a call from the driver saying he would come on Sunday instead. On Sunday the driver arrived and said he was just taking the car to another yard to be then picked up by the driver who would take it cross-country. I asked him when it was going to be shipped, and he didnt have any idea. He had such an abrasive attitude that I lost trust in the company and didn't release my car to this guy.

The dispatcher called and said that driver was bad and was going to be fired. I gave the company another chance and they sent a new driver on Monday and I sent the car even though I still felt uncomfortable with these guys, in part due to a Bill of Ladling with so many exclusions of responsibility, that seemed to release the company from any liablility imaginable.

10 days later I call the drivers name given to me and it turns out he isnt the driver. I eventually find out the new driver and call to find out when the car would arrive and am told it will arrive the following afternoon (Friday). Consequently I set up appointments for jobs and housing in our new town for Monday. We need the car to get to the new town 4 hours away.

Friday afternoon comes, no car, no call. I call the driver and he tells me the dispatcher is sending him around for some other cars and he says he will come either Friday night or Saturday morning, (probably he says). Friday night I call the dispatcher Alex, and he is full of attitude and tells me it is not his fault and is out of his control, it is solely the drivers decision. By sat morning, no car, no call. I call and the driver says call him back in the afternoon to set up a time and place to meet him. I call in the afternoon and the driver says he will call back in 20 minutes and then hangs up. He never calls back. I call several times to the dispatcher and the driver and get no answer and leave messages. I finally realize I am not going to get an answer on if and when my car will arrive.

In desperation, since I need the car on Monday, I let the driver know I am going to call the police and report a stolen vehicle. The driver decides to come on his own immediately, (since the dispatcher wouldnt answer his calls either), and drives 3 hours to come and give me the car.

I dont know where exactly to lay the blame, on the driver or the dispatchers Alex and Ed, but in my gut it was the dispatcher who took no responsibility for the situation and with a terrible attitude from Alex to boot.
