On pickup they were about 9 hours late and they were supposed to call a day ahead of dropoff, but they called when they were a few hours out. Minor inconveniences as the delivery itself was trouble free, and the car was very clean considering it went from Florida to Seattle on an open carrier in the middle of winter. I would certainly use this carrier again.
