Horrible company, Frank from NY dispatch was terrible with customer service called my father illiterate hung up on us and yelled at us. The original broker did not answer questions I had fully therefore I got charged more than what was told. when I told the man I was military just trying to get my car to my base he didn't care to help me figured things out or make up for the way the situation was handled, this is how they treat not just people but soldiers that vowed to give their lives for this country. Not only this but they sent all of my information to a different email!
