While the beginning of the car transport experience was miserable, once we dealt directly with UI and Vladimir everything went as promised. We got connected to UI through Magic Carpet Transport, a broker. Magic Carpet was HORRIBLE! They lied about the initial price and got all of the relevant information wrong, initially sending Vladimir and his vehicle to an address we had updated to Magic Carpet on several occasions. Once we finally connected with Vladimir directly he did what he said he would do. Picked up the car in pouring rain and delivered as promised in Colorado. It is too bad the initial experience was poor because of Magic Carpet, but things turned out great. Vladimir is someone that we would call upon again for our transport needs.
