They are Liars. They take advantage of your situation and deceive you.
We had a medical emergency. The Rep. promised to find a driver one week in advance and told us every day: 'Tomorrow, within an hour, we will call you back, etc.' When less than one day was left, I was frantic. The price was 2.5 times (!!) over the estimate and I was against the wall. The car was picked up 1 and a half days late: my mom had to cancel 4 appointments at the hospital and pay $200 extra for overnight parking. They are in business, they have done it a million times, they know how much it costs.
Do not trust the reviews!!
