Illogical and irresponsible behavior

Urban Car Trans, which is the new name of Ucar Trans, was contracted by the auto shipping broker we chose, Montway, to ship my daughter's car from Austin Texas to the Chicago area. They got the car to Chicago quickly, but then tried to deliver it on a Monday with no advance notice, which did not work, and then we spent 3 nail-biting days chasing Darius, at Urban Car Trans, on the phone. We were repeatedly misled and lied to by Darius, before he finally completed the delivery . In the several days time it took to get it done, we were treated to an endless series of evasive double-talk and outright lies by Darius, who evidently is the son of the owbner of the company. I strongly recommend that people stay far away from this compamy.
