Dan made sure I understood the time frame and cost range. Once I heard the most it might cost, I assumed that would be my cost, but he came in under it by $50, if I recall, so I was delighted. My car was being delivered to an out of the way place, far from any sizable city or major highways, so not a desirable pick up for most drivers, I'm sure. But we got it within a few days, for less than he quoted. Can't beat that! Dealing with Dan, you get the feeling that your job matters to him, it's a priority, he's on it. He is a great communicator who does a great job, and I absolutely recommend this place! Oh, and, I feel I should add, Edgar was clear and helpful, too; I had more contact with Dan, so I have to rave about him.
