I put in for a quote and u auto transport was one that contacted me. the guy edgar told me how they support the military and how i will be taken care of, so i set it up for my car to be picked up and he said he would give me a call. He never did and he was not able to be contacted, I got another number for him and he answered that call but then he said he would give me a call back in 2 hours and never did. so i called again and it rung once then went straight to voice mail like how u refuse a call. I called about 20mins later his phone just rings. this guy edgar does not care for his customers. I waited for a call back from 11 april-15april and never got it and i call him about 7 times during those days and left 4 messages. I called and got his voice mailbox again and just cancelled my order with them.

This move was never booked with U Auto Transport. He was just inquiring on a move. When I checked on the Central Dispatch board, I saw that he was booked with two other companies.
