They were very nice at first. It took 17 days for my car to be delivered when they said it would be 5 to 7 days. I would not ever use them again or recommend anyone to use them I had to call them many, many times and they would tell me they would call me back and they never did and most of the time they would not even answer my call. They knew my phone number. One of them was not nice at all and the truck drivers were even worse. I was told I could put a few things in the trunk of my car and the driver first told me that it was against the law to do that, then he told me he would take them if I gave him an extra $175.00. After my son got angry with him he did take everything. The people at Turn Key were not helpful at all. I also had to wait all day for my car to be picked up and delivered. When it was picked up they told me that they would be there to pick it up at 9 AM and they didn't come until 9 PM and never called to say they were going to be late. To deliver my car, they said they would be here at 11 AM and they were finally here at 5 PM and again never called to say why they were late. I am very unhappy with all of them. I was also supposed to get some money back because I had to rent a car while I waited for mine and I never did. Please do not use them!!!!!!!
