Turn Key transport sent Dayany Tansport to pick up my car I was charged more money that contracted because I had luggage in the car, when the car was delivered they had stolen a big package of toilet paper, a big container of laundry soap and a Nike bag (which had $600 woth of sports items), I called Dayana transport and Turn Key many times and all I got was :We will call you back" after posting the bad review Casey who is the owner of Turn Key transport was very worried about the bad review and wanted me to delete it when I did not do it they said I was not their customer, very dirty way of doing business...
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!

***PLEASE READ*** We dispatched a HIGHLY Reputable Trucking Service to Haul Mrs. Duque Vehicle, now what happened is ,upon pick-up their is an Inspection done with pickup contact and driver. Upon Drop-off the same inspection is done (walk through of car from A-Z) She signed off on both ends saying it was 100% the way it was before and after transport. Now she claims(2 weeks later mind you) that toilet paper, soap and a sports bag were taken. If this did happen, which I HIGHY Doubt, then it is UNEXCEPTABLE TO THE 10TH DEGREE. Even though I doubt it, THE CUSTOMER HIRED ME, so it reflects on us ultimately. But I Promise you that this review should not be posted on our website nor do I believe it should be posted ANYWHERE.
